Job summary

Pine Belt CDJR MS in Grand Junction is seeking a results-driven tire sales professional to grow our local accounts. You will solicit sales, demonstrate benefits of merchandise, and manage quotes and orders in a designated territory.

The role emphasizes travel to support customers, strong communication, and familiarity with MS Office; prior tire industry experience is a plus, but not required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Sales, tire industry, management experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel locally to provide customer support.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit sale of tires and other merchandise and services in a designated territory.
• Write up tires to be retreaded for accounts or stock.
• Demonstrate new merchandise and showcase advantages or features.
• Submit activity and results reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annual etc.).
• Assist with sales/service work and store duties up to 20% of weekly hours.
• Participate in training and follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
