Job summary

Global Compression Services in Colorado is seeking an energetic Route Sales professional to build an effective territory plan, call on customers, and secure orders for our industrial products.

You will develop a reliable route schedule, drive the route to deliver and pickup items, and work closely with the Technical Sales Representative to meet customer needs. The role requires travel up to 50% and a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years outside sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in outside sales with industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to read safety and operating instructions; strong written and verbal communication.
• Moderate computer skills including Word and Excel; basic database work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a territory plan with the Branch Manager.
• Generate an effective route schedule.
• Drive the route delivering and pickup service.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales Representative to support customer needs.
