Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable related experience required.
• 3 years of experience in a service environment demonstrating customer interaction is required.
• Experience with healthcare and/or healthcare administration preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to TA sales team and management as needed, including rotating shift for 24/7 coverage of issues.
• Assist field sales team in placing orders in emergent or time-sensitive situations.
• Order tracking and inventory management support; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
