Job summary

Terumo Medical Corporation is seeking a Territory Support Specialist to assist Territory Managers and Region Managers in achieving sales goals. The role features a hybrid office/remote work arrangement and requires collaboration with Customer Care, Marketing, and field inventory teams to ensure timely orders and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or related experience, at least 3 years in a customer-facing environment, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role (sales, telesales, or telemarketing preferred).
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Sales goals and collaborate with Territory Managers and Region Managers to achieve annual targets.
• Coordinate orders with Customer Care and handle time-sensitive orders.
• Track orders and assist with sample orders when needed.
• Provide administrative support in emergent situations and manage field inventory in collaboration with TM/RM.
• Maintain cross-functional communication with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams.
