Job summary

Terumo Medical Corporation is seeking a Terumo Aortic Territory Support Specialist to help meet TA sales goals by building strong relationships with Aortic Consultants and customers across the territory.

You will provide phone support, assist with order tracking, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Customer Care and Field Inventory teams, while maintaining compliance and delivering “white glove” service for strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable related experience required.
• 3 years of experience in a service environment.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to TA sales team and management.
• Assist with order tracking and field inventory processes.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Care and Field Inventory Management.
• Maintain compliance with QA and promotional guidelines.
