Job summary

Terumo Medical Corporation seeks a Territory Support Team Lead to act as a liaison between the TSS team and management. You will ensure training, support, and performance across field sales teams, mentoring the TSS group and coordinating workload and tasks to meet sales targets.

You will oversee one sales area, identify process gaps, support sales initiatives, and collaborate with Product Management to maintain data accuracy. A strong focus on patient safety and compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or related degree with 4+ years in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in healthcare operations, sales or marketing preferred.
• Mentoring or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Territory Support Specialists team.
• Coordinate workload distribution and project execution.
• Support sales initiatives, reporting and order-related tasks.
