Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to cover a Colorado territory. You will travel between stores, maintain displays, manage stock, and build relationships with store staff.

This hands-on role rewards initiative and independence while contributing to strong in-store results. Ideal candidates bring retail or field service experience, organization, and solid communication skills, with the ability to drive and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or field service experience preferred
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows
• Willingness to travel between stores and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation
