Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory, maintain store displays, manage inventory, and cultivate strong relationships with store staff. You will travel between multiple store locations, execute planograms, and ensure inventory levels are optimal.

This hands-on role emphasizes independence, problem solving, and delivering measurable in-store results. Wages range from $18–$20/hour with benefits and reimbursements available.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills are desirable.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores.
• Keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.
• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
