Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own a territory, maintain eye-catching displays, and build strong relationships with store staff. You will travel to multiple locations, ensure product availability, and execute demonstrations and planograms.

The role emphasizes independence, strong organization, and proactive service. A valid license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, with full benefits and a competitive hourly pay rate.

Qualifications

• Retail/merchandising experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer-relations skills.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
