Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory across Colorado Springs, Fountain, and Pueblo. You’ll keep displays sharp, manage inventory, and build strong customer relationships in participating retailers.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
