Job summary

PODS Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead multiple storage center territories and drive operational and financial success with revenue over $10M per territory. You will lead teams, ensure safety and customer delight, and coordinate with corporate support across regions.

Required are 10+ years of multi-location management, 7+ years in people leadership, and a Bachelor's degree. Travel within local territory is expected. Salary range is $115,000–$130,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• A minimum of 10 years of multi-location management experience required with at least 7 in a people leadership role.
• 5+ years of multi-location management experience in a route-based business is preferred.
• Experience in managing truck fleets and heavy equipment.
• Demonstrated track record of driving operational efficiencies in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead associates across multiple storage centers, recruiting, hiring, training and retaining top talent.
• Develop a culture aligned with PODS core values and communicate goals and results to teams.
• Manage customer experience to meet PODS CSAT/DSAT goals and ensure brand standards.
• Oversee fleet and facility assets, scheduling, routing, and performance to maximize productivity.
• Ensure safety, DOT/OSHA compliance, licensing, and regulatory adherence within territory.
• Monitor financial results, budgets, and annual operating plan; drive profitability.
