QPS Employment Group is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in Rockford, IL and Janesville, WI. The role blends field activities with office work to win new business, manage existing accounts, and deliver staffing solutions tailored to client needs.

You will lead discovery conversations, present proposals, and negotiate contracts while maintaining CRM records and building a robust sales pipeline. The position rewards performance with a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or related services.
• Proven success in new business development and territory-based selling.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently in a field-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns new client acquisition for staffing services within a defined geographic territory.
• Prospects through in-person drop-ins, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
• Identifies target accounts across light industrial, manufacturing, skilled, distribution, logistics, and professional environments.
