Responsibilities

• Owns new client acquisition for staffing services within a defined geographic territory.
• Prospects through in-person visits, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
• Qualifies target accounts across light industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and related fields.
• Delivers sales presentations, proposals, and pricing aligned to customer needs.
• Manages full sales cycle from initial contact to close and handoff to operations.
• Maintains CRM records and builds a healthy sales pipeline.
