Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate in the United States. You will convert staffing gaps into reliable field execution, supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers and upholding brand and display standards across the territory.

You will travel across assigned markets, build relationships with store personnel, and assist with seasonal launches while ensuring safety and adherence to corporate policies. A valid driver's license and 18+ years old are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license in-home state.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail or consumer goods experience.
• Live within the geographical boundaries of the team and be able to travel within markets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in stores with professionalism and execute shelf standards across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage with Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence; capture photos and document execution.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of Mondelez brands.
• Follow assigned schedules to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop skills for future leadership roles.
• Operate safely, lifting and moving product per safety policies.
