Job summary

Signarama Reading, Lancaster, & Camp Hill is seeking an Account Executive to drive signage solutions and close orders in the Camp Hill/Harrisburg market. You will identify opportunities, present our offerings, and build strong client relationships while coordinating with production and project teams.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, in-person visits, and ongoing account development across construction, property management, and fleet operators.

Qualifications

• Trained sales experience is required.
• Comfortable with in-person, unscheduled prospecting and starting conversations in new businesses.
• Strong organization and ability to juggle many quotes without losing track.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new accounts with outbound activity (calls, visits, email, LinkedIn).
• Represent Signarama at chamber events, trade associations, and industry groups.
• Perform site surveys, measure, photograph, and document conditions.
• Build and present quotes, manage margins, and hand off to project manager.
• Maintain CRM with activity, pipeline, and follow-up; generate reorders and referrals.
