Job summary

Signarama Reading, Lancaster, & Camp Hill is seeking an Account Executive to identify signage opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales in the Reading/Berks market. You will travel within the territory, present solutions, and manage quotes while growing accounts year over year.

We offer a base salary plus commission, a flexible schedule, paid time off, and training & development within a veteran-owned Signarama network.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Trained sales experience
• Comfortable with in-person unscheduled prospecting — you can walk into a business you have never contacted and start a real conversation
• Strong organization and follow-through; you can juggle 30 open quotes without losing track of any of them
• Willing to do real site work — measuring, photographing, and documenting conditions at active job sites and commercial properties, in any weather conditions
• Valid PA driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record
• Comfortable with CRM, email, and quoting tools

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new accounts: Identify our target customers in the area and initiate outbound activity — cold calls, in-person drop-ins, email and LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up on aging opportunities.
