Signarama Lancaster, PA seeks an Account Executive to drive signage sales in Camp Hill/Harrisburg area. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with contractors and property managers, and present solutions to close orders.

Strong communication, organization, and site-measurement skills are essential for success. Expected activity includes in-person outreach, networking, and frequent travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales with a proven ability to open and grow accounts.
• Comfort with door-to-door and in-person prospecting and conversations.
• Excellent organization with the ability to manage many quotes at once.
• Willing to perform site measurements and property assessments in any weather.
• Clean driving record and valid PA license required.
• Familiarity with CRM, emailing and quoting tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new accounts through outbound activity and follow-up.
• Represent Signarama at local chamber events and industry groups.
• Perform site surveys, measurements and documentation for quotes.
• Build quotes using pricing standards and hand off to project management.
• Maintain CRM with activity, pipeline and next steps; nurture repeat business.
