Job summary

Pro Signs Inc. in Downingtown, PA is seeking an Account Executive to develop new business, expand existing relationships, and drive profitable revenue growth.

The role guides customers through the sales process and collaborates with Project Management, Engineering, Production, and Operations to deliver projects from discovery to delivery. This is a full-time, hybrid position with on-site presence about once per month.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales and account management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts while expanding opportunities within those relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal Project Management, Engineering, Production, and Executive teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service.
• Attend industry trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events as needed.
• Participate in scheduled sales and company meetings.
• Adjust sales and marketing strategies in response to customer needs and market conditions.
