Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking an entry-level Regional Stocking and Service Representative to support stocking, merchandising, and store service at Lowe’s locations across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Michigan. This role requires significant travel to cover staffing gaps and ensure Novo standards are met.

The position involves replenishment orders, cycle counts, credits processing, and assisting with resets and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with adequate auto insurance.
• Solid organization and time management skills.
• Proficient computer skills: Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Selling, communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Fill in various roles within a region as directed by the Area Manager.
• Review store merchandising and inventory; conduct cycle counts.
• Stock home center stores; merchandise resets/refreshes.
• Ensure point-of-purchase materials are up to date and in place.
• Conduct store audits to ensure Novo Standards are met.
• Assist with administrative duties, scheduling, and interviewing as required.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and build relationships with store management.
