• Lead and Inspire | Recruit, train, and motivate independent Seed Representatives.
• Strategize and Analyze | Craft strategies to boost market share and drive demand for Wyffels Hybrids.

• Share Insights | Provide market information to guide product performance.
• Promote and Present | Represent Wyffels at field days and district meetings.
