Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven success in sales or relationship-based field work.
• Experience selling into or partnering with education institutions preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with school administrators, decision-makers, or community influencers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple districts and priorities.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• CRM proficiency with accurate documentation of interactions.
• Bilingual abilities a plus when engaging Medicaid-enrolled populations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with school administrators and influencers who champion consent forms.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned schools and build trust throughout the year.
• Develop and execute weekly plans based on participation data and school visits.
• Lead parent engagement through events to drive consent form return.
• Coordinate territory marketing and sales toolkit with local dental team.
• Coordinate distribution and collection of parent consent forms.
• Follow up with school contacts to address barriers and collect forms.
• Monitor participation trends and adjust tactics ahead of visits.
• Represent Smile America Partners professionally in schools and communities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tactics and visit logistics.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and company policies.
• Adhere to Anti-Kickback Statute and related laws.
