Job summary

Smile Doctors in Dallas, TX is seeking a Territory Sales & Growth Specialist to expand Smile Express adoption among clinics. You will train activations, coach teams, and build lasting relationships with doctors and clinic leaders.

You’ll analyze performance metrics, document visits, participate in community events, and support marketing with patient education. If you enjoy travel, strategic outreach, and driving growth in orthodontic services, this role offers a dynamic, collaborative

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, or related field.
One year of product or sales training experience required; advanced knowledge of territory management helpful.
Three years of field sales, account management, or related experience required; healthcare/pharma sales preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and KPI tracking skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage plans for Smile Express adoption and growth.
Lead Smile Express training for clinic activations, ongoing development, and workshops; provide hands-on coaching.
Establish trust with doctors and clinic leadership, offering guidance and momentum for growth.
Analyze Smile Express performance metrics and update leadership regularly.
Document all clinic visits, trainings, and performance metrics.
Attend community events and support clinic and marketing teams with patient education.
