Responsibilities

Assistant School Relationship Manager (ASRM)
Scope of Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain close working relationship with the school contacts to help drive participation, ensure successful dental visits, and expand our services to children in need.

Reporting Relationships

• The Assistant School Relationship Manager (ASRM) reports to the Director of Operations and forms a partnership with the Dental Team Manager, and School Relationship manager, working collaboratively to ensure success within the state.

Essential Functions

• Works as a team with the School Relationship Manager (SRM) & Dental Team Manager (DTM) to ensure successful visits
• Helps the SRM in assisting as the key liaison between the school and the dental teams
• Assist the team in maintaining relationships with schools

Responsibilities include

• Data Entry and tracking
• Process forms and manage paperwork
• Provide customer service support and consistent follow-up
• Reporting as designated by management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contacts in schools (i.e., nurse, receptionist)

The founders saw a tremendous need among underserved school aged children who did not have easy access to dental care and who often suffered from poor oral hygiene, tooth decay, pain and associated medical problems. If portable equipment is used, classrooms, auditoriums or other school venues are literally transformed into fully functional dental offices for the day.
