Job summary

Mid America Health in Greenwood, IN is seeking a full-time Account Manager for the School Smiles on-site dental program. You will serve as the liaison between School Smiles and partner schools, managing relationships and coordinating program needs to ensure successful participation.

This on-site role offers a $55,000 annual salary with performance-based bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to grow within the School Smiles team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned schools and districts.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with school administrators, nurses, and key contacts.
• Support schools throughout the year to ensure a positive School Smiles partnership.
• Maintain regular communication regarding schedules, participation, program needs, and events.
• Coordinate services with scheduling, operations, and clinical teams.
• Monitor account activity and follow up to support participation and success.
• Identify opportunities to increase student enrollment and grow the program within existing accounts.
• Assist with outreach, events, registration initiatives, and activities to raise awareness and participation.
• Maintain accurate account information and communication records.
