You will undergo an extensive sales training program combining online and field mentorship, then work in-market meeting business owners and decision-makers, presenting tailored supplemental insurance solutions.

Prior sales experience is welcome but not required; we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Attend comprehensive sales training combining online and field coaching.
• Manage a local territory with in-person meetings with business owners/decision-makers.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow client network.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, respond to inquiries, and track activity daily.
