Job summary

Dynamic Dies, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow the existing customer base in Cincinnati and Southern Ohio.

You will leverage 50+ years of industry experience to understand customer operations, propose tooling and services, and drive revenue through relationships and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in corrugated packaging, tooling, or related products.
• Established knowledge of corrugated manufacturing processes and customer requirements.
• Proven ability to maintain accounts while generating additional sales.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer relationships throughout Cincinnati and Southern Ohio.
• Strengthen existing accounts through consistent communication, service, and follow-through.
• Generate additional revenue by identifying new customer opportunities.
• Prospect for new customers within the corrugated packaging market.
• Understand customer operations, production challenges, and tooling requirements.
• Recommend products and services that support customer productivity and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales on account development, sales initiatives, and territory performance.
• Independently organize customer visits, sales activities, and account priorities.
• Represent Dynamic Dies professionally while delivering the responsiveness our customers expect.

Your Role in Our Success

As our Territory Sales Representative, you will:

We are looking for someone who understands the industry and can develop business through knowledge, credibility, and relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of sales experience involving corrugated packaging, cutting dies, tooling, or related industry products.

• Established knowledge of corrugated manufacturing processes and customer requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain accounts while generating additional sales.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results.

• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to building lasting business relationships.

• Residence within the Cincinnati or Southern Ohio area is required.
