Job summary

Dynamic Dies in Middletown, OH is seeking dependable individuals to start a long-term career as a Die Maker. No experience is required; you’ll be paid while you learn a skilled trade at a family-owned company known for valuing employees.

You will read CAD drawings, assemble cutting dies, and learn to safely use precision tools in a team setting on a 1st shift (5:30 AM–1:30 PM). Competitive benefits apply as you grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Read CAD drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Assemble custom cutting dies using steel rule, rubber and wooden boards.
• Learn to safely operate precision tools and equipment.

Think of it like building giant precision cookie cutters for cardboard boxes. Every box you see at grocery stores, retail stores, warehouses, and online deliveries started with custom tooling like the dies we build. As a Die Maker, you'll help manufacture the precision tooling companies across North America use every day.
