Dynamic Dies is seeking entry-level Die Makers for 1st shift in Middletown, OH. You’ll learn to read CAD drawings, assemble dies, and operate precision tools while earning $18+ per hour and enjoying full benefits.

No experience is required; training is paid and hands-on. This family-owned company values its employees and offers opportunities to grow within a long-term career.

What Exactly Is a Die Maker?

Think of it like building giant precision cookie cutters for cardboard boxes. Every box you see at grocery stores, retail stores, warehouses, and online deliveries started with custom tooling like the dies we build. As a Die Maker, you'll help manufacture the precision tooling companies across North America use every day.
