Dynamic Dies, Inc. in Holland, OH is seeking a CAD Design Technician to translate customer specifications into precise CAD designs for our manufacturing lines.

This full-time, first-shift role runs 6:00 AM–2:00 PM with pay based on experience and a minimum of 18+ USD per hour. You will create and modify digital designs, review files for manufacturing readiness, and translate specs into cutting die layouts while coordinating with other departments to meet production needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous CAD experience or CAD-related education required.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Comfortable reading and following detailed work instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing project requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our CAD team, you’ll transform customer specifications into accurate designs that guide our manufacturing operations.

Work Hours
