Thrasher Group is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Fort Madison, IA, to own an expanding Southeast Iowa market. You will conduct in-home consultations, meet with pre-qualified homeowners, and apply a proven sales process to identify foundation and structural needs.

This ground-floor role offers uncapped earning potential, with pre-set appointments and opportunities for advancement. Strong communication and in-home sales experience are a must for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience preferred (outside sales, in-home sales, or consultative sales).
• Competitive, driven, and motivated by results and income potential.
• Strong communicator who excels in face-to-face sales conversations.
• Coachable and adaptable, able to follow a proven playbook.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

The Role: Territory Sales Representative (In-Home Sales)

As a Territory Sales Representative based out of our Fort Madison, IA office, you will:
