Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling).
• Travel throughout Fort Madison and surrounding communities for in-home consultations.
• Use a proven diagnostic and sales process to identify foundation, basement, and structural needs.
• Lead confident, high-trust conversations that guide homeowners to solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service by doing what's right for every homeowner.
