Job summary

Thrasher Group is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Fort Madison, IA to join a growing Midwest team. In this in-home sales role, you will meet pre-qualified homeowners, provide on-site consultations, and use a proven diagnostic and sales process to identify foundation and structural needs.

You will lead confident, high-trust conversations to present solutions and deliver exceptional service for every homeowner.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience preferred (outside sales, in-home sales, or consultative sales)
• Strong communication skills for face-to-face conversations
• Coachable and able to follow a proven playbook

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling) for in-home consultations
• Travel throughout Fort Madison and surrounding communities
• Use a proven diagnostic and sales process to identify foundation, basement, and structural needs
• Lead confident, high-trust conversations that guide homeowners to solutions
• Deliver exceptional service by doing what's right for every homeowner
