Job summary

PIRTEK Omaha is hiring a driven Territory Sales Representative to own and grow a new market in Nebraska. You’ll prospect daily, win new accounts, grow existing relationships, and represent PIRTEK at trade shows and community events for strong long-term results.

You’ll work a full-time, on-site role with mileage reimbursement, a base salary plus commission, and path to advanced opportunities as you build a healthy book of business in Omaha.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven sales track record with targets met or exceeded.
• Comfort with cold outreach and handling objections.
• Ability to manage a sales territory and sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

The Role: Hunter, Farmer, Brand-Builder

This Isn't a One-note Sales Job. You'll Do Three Things, And Doing All Three Well Is What Separates Good Reps From Great Ones

• Hunter: prospect daily. Cold calls, in-person visits, referrals. Omaha is full of businesses that don't know PIRTEK yet. You change that.
• Farmer: grow the accounts you land. Uncover new needs, introduce new service lines, keep PIRTEK top of mind before something breaks.
• Brand-builder: in a market we're just entering, visibility is everything. Trade shows, networking, community events. You open doors before you even knock.

No hydraulic experience required, we'll train you on the technical side. What we can't teach is drive, hustle, and the ability to turn a room of strangers into a loyal customer base. That part is on you.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and win new accounts across your territory, meeting and beating sales goals

• Work hand-in-hand with the shop and field techs to deliver a seamless customer experience

What We Offer

• $45,000 base salary plus commission on every account you bring in: 5% of what your accounts pay us in their first year, then 2.5% for as long as you keep them. Your book is yours.
• Real upside. As your book grows, so does your income; reps build toward $70K to $80K+ total earnings as the territory matures.
• You're not starting cold. PIRTEK's national and fleet accounts give you warm relationships to grow from day one, and you're paid on what customers actually pay us.
• You work your territory in your own vehicle, reimbursed for mileage at the IRS standard rate, plus a company phone.
• Employer-paid life insurance from day one, and health insurance after a 90-day onboarding period (we cover 50% of your premium), with dental and vision available at group rates
• Monday to Friday, so your evenings and weekends are your own

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• A track record of meeting or beating sales targets (B2B or outside sales a strong plus)
• Natural relationship-builder who's comfortable with cold outreach and objection-handling
• Self-starter who can run a territory and a pipeline without hand-holding
• Critical thinking and the ability to make quick decisions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Read, write, and communicate in English
• Work well individually and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean record, you'll be on the road daily
• Ability to pass a background check and drug and alcohol testing

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
