Job summary

Progressive invites experienced sales professionals to join as a territory sales representative, serving independent agencies. You’ll influence agent utilization, manage a book of business, and drive growth within your territory.

The role includes travel 60–70% within the territory, plus occasional training sessions in other states. A company vehicle, phone, laptop, and company credit card are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or higher with 6+ years B2B sales or territory management experience, or a Bachelor's with 3+ years.
• This role requires driving with valid license and auto insurance.
• Must be able to travel 60–70% of the time within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with agents in the assigned territory to influence utilization of Progressive's products.
• Manage the quality of the book of business and drive profitable growth.
• Act as a trusted partner to learn agency goals and align products accordingly.
• Travel regularly to agencies, attend trainings, and participate in meetings.
