This range is provided by Alleviation Enterprise LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking to fill an entry-level outside sales role in a new territory. Your main responsibility will be developing a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses, focusing on acquiring and retaining clients. You will work with a team of insurance producers who share your drive for success.

This role involves outside direct sales within your own territory. We provide comprehensive training to connect with small and medium-sized businesses across sectors. You will meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products and services.

Core Responsibilities
  • Utilize our CRM to generate leads, expand your network, and build your client base.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule meetings to understand clients’ insurance needs.
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your team.
  • Visit businesses, develop relationships, follow up on leads, and service existing clients.
  • Build and manage your client portfolio.
  • Work with your manager to set sales targets.
  • Plan weekly schedules, submit them, and record daily activities.
Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a background check.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain an active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (training and reimbursement available).
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, or relevant athletic/sales background.
