What You’ll Do

As our North America Sales Associate, you will:

  • Lead Growth – Drive annual recurring revenue (ARR) by selling FOODAKAI subscriptions to food manufacturers, retailers, and food service chains across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Find New Opportunities – Conduct market research, identify key prospects, and create sales opportunities through proactive outreach (calls, emails, networking, and social media).
  • Represent Agroknow – Attend top industry fairs and conferences, set up in-person meetings, and showcase the value of FOODAKAI to potential clients.
  • Optimize the Sales Process – Follow a high-efficiency, high-impact sales strategy that prioritizes customer value in every interaction.
  • Gather Market Insights – Collect feedback from North American clients to help shape future product developments and enhancements.
  • Build Relationships – Connect with key food safety stakeholders, including industry associations and academia, to expand Agroknow’s influence in the region.

Who You Are

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the food industry.
  • You have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and love engaging with people.
  • You’re familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • You enjoy traveling across the U.S. and Canada to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • You’re excited to work with some of the world’s biggest brands and be part of a company that values teamwork and innovation.
