Position Overview

We are seeking to fill an entry-level outside sales role in a new territory. The primary responsibility will be developing a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses, focusing on new client acquisition and retention. You will work closely with a team of supplemental insurance producers who share your drive for success.

Core Responsibilities
  • Utilize our CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network within your territory.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales team.
  • Visit businesses, develop relationships with owners, follow up on leads, and re-service clients.
  • Build and manage your own client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with your manager to set sales targets.
  • Plan and submit your weekly schedule.
  • Record daily work stats and sales activities.
Qualifications
  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training and reimbursement provided).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or athletics within 6 months of degree completion.
