Job summary

Coverall is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing outside sales team in Mobile, AL. You’ll manage a protected territory, work with CRM leads, and sell our janitorial services to local businesses.

The role offers a $65k-$75k total compensation package with a $45k base salary, uncapped monthly commissions, quarterly bonuses, and annual raises. Travel is local, and training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter who can manage own schedule and pipeline.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined territory with local businesses.
• Prospect, schedule, and conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers.
• Present tailored service solutions, overcome objections, and close deals.
• Follow up CRM leads and maintain activity, pipeline, and results.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with team and manager to refine strategy.
• Represent the Coverall brand professionally in the field.
