Job summary

Chesley Fence & Deck is seeking a driven Sales Professional to expand its presence in the St. Louis Metro East area. You will conduct in-home consultations, prepare estimates, and close projects, representing a family-owned brand with strong values.

You will work with the Sales Manager to plan territory growth, build lasting client relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contracts. A valid license and proven sales success are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (250/500/250).
• Proven sales experience with revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Resilience and problem-solving in fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building/construction industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations, measurements, and create estimates for customers.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing our family-owned values.
• Work alongside the Sales Manager to strategize for maximum market penetration.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, with attention to detail.
