The role requires travel, effective communication, and collaboration with office and logistics teams to meet sales goals. Expect full-time hours with potential overtime and frequent customer visits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with sales staff, management, and clients.
• Strong communication and conversational skills.
• Ability to travel to customer locations.
• Ability to learn Oracle ERP software.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers and potential customers’ facilities to provide information and support.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with customers in the territory.
• Sell Wismettac products to all customers in the assigned territory.
• Grow business by anticipating customer needs and providing high levels of service.
• Communicate sales plans and price adjustments to customers and manage resources accordingly.
• Provide timely reporting of field activities to assist planning and do required reports.
• Cooperate with accounting to ensure collection of receivables and support office staff to reach goals.
• Attend inventory counts and perform other duties as assigned.
