Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience is required or considered.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state, or willingness to obtain.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs of potential clients.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and reservice existing clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio and drive growth.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
