Job summary

Prism Paint is a locally owned paint supplier serving contractors, builders, and customers throughout Utah. We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our Southern Utah territory from our St. George store.

The role focuses on building relationships, developing new business, and meeting customers in the field, with a base salary of $75,000–$95,000 plus commissions. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or territory management.
• Paint industry experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Experience selling to contractors, builders, or construction professionals is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow sales throughout Southern Utah.
• Build and maintain relationships with painting contractors, builders, and commercial customers.
• Identify and pursue new accounts through prospecting, networking, and jobsite visits.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on bids, projects, and sales opportunities.
• Learn our products and provide customers with knowledgeable recommendations and solutions.
• Work closely with store staff to ensure excellent customer service and support.
• Take ownership of territory growth and sales performance.
