Ray's Roofing Supply and Building Products (GW Murphy Inc) is seeking a driven Territory Representative to grow market share in the Indiana region. You will build relationships with contractors and key accounts, prospect daily, and present exterior building products including roofing, siding, windows, and waterproofing materials.

The role requires at least 3 years of exterior building materials or construction-related sales, strong negotiation and closing skills, and comfort with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales in exterior building materials or construction-related fields.
• Proven ability to grow market share and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and analytical skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and sales tech.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors and key accounts.
• Prospect daily to identify new opportunities and acquire customers.
• Present and sell exterior building products (roofing, siding, windows, waterproofing).
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Track sales activity using CRM and reports.
