Job summary

Bone Dry Roofing in Indianapolis is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to meet homeowners, assess interior/exterior and gutter needs, and offer tailored recommendations. You will travel locally, inspect properties, and prepare estimates for each project.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related home improvement experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Excellent communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in interiors/exteriors, gutters, or home improvement services.
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with homeowners to inspect interior, exterior, and gutter-related project needs and provide recommendations.
• Travel locally to appointments; prepare estimates and project recommendations; guide homeowners through decision-making with transparency.
• Coordinate with internal operations and production teams to ensure projects are completed successfully and customers are informed.
