Murphy's Roofing Supply and Building Products (GW Murphy Inc) in Biloxi, MS is seeking a driven Territory Representative to grow market share, build lasting relationships with contractors and key accounts, and drive revenue within an assigned territory.

You will prospect daily, present exterior building products, and work with branch operations to deliver a seamless customer experience while meeting or exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in exterior building materials or construction-related sales.
• Proven success in outside B2B sales and territory management.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors and key accounts.
• Prospect daily to identify new business opportunities.
• Sell exterior building products (roofing, siding, windows, waterproofing).
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Track sales activity using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with branches to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Develop partnerships with customers and vendors.
• Expand product knowledge with leadership support.
• Attend weekly meetings with Director of Sales.
• Build networks and engage in professional associations.
• Win business and exceed quotas.
