Job summary

PMT Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for its Plastic Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery Division. The role involves managing existing accounts, developing new business, and travel within the territory. This position requires a self-motivated candidate with 2–3 years of sales experience and the ability to travel 40% with overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years B2B outside sales, preferably in medical devices or related field.
• Willingness to travel 40%+ (overnights).
• Must live within 30 miles of stated city.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, surgeons, and hospital staff.
• Prospect new business in the assigned geographic territory and travel as needed.
• Act as product support consultant to surgeons and OR staff during procedures.
• Make calls and schedule meetings with existing and new accounts.
• Provide support in ordering, transporting, and scheduling equipment at hospitals and surgery centers.
• Support revenue growth through business development activities with surgeons and hospitals.
• Coordinate with PMT sales, customer service, marketing, and HQ teams.
• Complete the sales associate development program toward a Product Specialist role within 18–24 months.
• Other projects as needed.
