Job summary

PMT Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for its Reconstructive Plastic Surgery Division in Philadelphia. This role requires managing current accounts and developing new business, along with 40% travel within the territory.

The ideal candidate should have 2 years of outside sales experience and a bachelor’s degree. The position offers a performance-based compensation package, including a base salary plus uncapped commission, comprehensive training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2 years business-to-business outside sales experience.
• Experience in full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 2 overnights per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain current accounts and develop new business.
• Travel within the territory and provide product support during procedures.
• Support revenue growth with business development activities.
