Dirty Hands, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and visibility for a natural CPG brand portfolio across a Cincinnati-based territory. You will build store-level relationships, influence shelf placement, and execute promotions with major retailers in the area.

• Strong interpersonal and sales skills with diverse retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations to build relationships with store-level decision makers.
• Increase sales by securing better shelf placement and selling in new SKUs.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with retailers to fill voids.
• Develop knowledge of territory to advise regional leadership on strategies.
• Execute in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns with retailers.
