G&W Equipment, Inc. is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative in the greater Tifton area to grow new business and drive material handling equipment sales.

You will build relationships across industries, manage a sales territory, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth pricing, delivery, and support. Strong communication and negotiation are essential, with a focus on growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales in B2B/manufacturing or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and manage a territory and meet targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of margins and basic financial concepts.
• Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency; comfortable with cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business within the assigned territory.
• Sell new and used industrial equipment from the G&W Equipment portfolio.
• Build relationships with customers and support purchasing decisions.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and delivery processes.
• Analyze territory to identify opportunities and increase market share.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on territory planning and account strategy.
• Develop business plans for key customers to drive satisfaction and profitability.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with customers.
