Woods Machinery is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow an established Central New Jersey territory and represent leading equipment brands. This role offers $125,000+ earning potential and a company vehicle in a family-owned dealership setting.

You will manage and expand relationships with contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and industrial clients, perform demonstrations and site visits, and close sales while maintaining CRM-driven activity and follow-up to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment, construction, rental, truck, industrial, or B2B outside sales.
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established sales territory.
• Prospect and develop new business while growing existing accounts.
• Call on contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and industrial customers.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations, job site visits, and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close equipment sales.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer activity and sales opportunities in the CRM.
